Sueson, a former restaurateur and chef who is gluten and dairy intolerant herself, wrote the book “Special Eats: Simple, Delicious Solutions for Gluten-Free & Dairy-Free Cooking” to help others learn how to embrace nutritious and delicious gluten and dairy-free living as a path to restoring good health.
Sueson’s specialties include Celiac disease, Gluten intolerance and sensitivity and Multiple Foods Allergies. She teaches meal planning, cooking and effective shopping strategies. Sueson works with parents of children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and provides consulting and training services to individual and corporations.
